This weekend I had the pleasure of going to the Renegade Craft Fair, which features a ton of artists from Etsy. I found a lot of new artists to showcase, the first being Miki and Nora from Madison, Wisconsin. Miki features beautiful metal necklaces and earrings shaped like honeycomb, windmills, porcupines, and other unusual and wonderful things. I love her use of gunmetal as well as the square chains for the necklaces, and I’m hoping to get the little faceted earrings soon!
I saw some gorgeous, fun and hilarious multi-finger rings at the Renegade Craft Fair in SF and now I can’t get enough of them. I love how versatile they can be. What do you think?!
The main thing I’ll be doing this weekend is watching the World Cup. I cannot believe how intense the 2010 games have been with the tied matches and horrible ref calls, and though I’ll be happy to go back to sleeping in after Sunday, I’ll be sad that the games are over for another four years.

One really fun trend I’m starting to see on the streets lately is people wearing multiple African (or sometimes Aztec) beaded bracelets. Maybe the World Cup inspired the emergence of these African tribal bracelets, or maybe it’s just the normal cyclical pattern of fashion, but I love that they’re gaining popularity. They add a great spark of color!
