While in England last month, I noticed something strange on the streets. Those punky metal stud embellishments seen up and down the catwalk for the last few seasons are actual permanent fixtures in the crosswalks of London, used as street dividers. When I think of summer dressing, I think of light and airy, with touches of gold and sea blues. I adore the breeziness of this Joie dress, especially when contrasted with this colorful Ikat bag.
